Section 01

About you

The basics — so we know who we're working with.

First and last, as you'd like them on bios and contracts.

For onboarding-call coordination and urgent updates only — we won't spam you.

City + country. Tells us your timezone and cultural context.

e.g. "Founder & CEO at Acme." This goes into your bio.

Section 02

The topic & the angle

This is the strategy core. Take your time — your answers here drive everything we build.

Try to fit it in ~12 words. "I help X do Y so they can Z" or "The guy who ___."

These become your content pillars. Be specific — not "marketing" or "business."

The thing you'd argue at a dinner table. Strong opinions earn attention.

Role, company size, stage, the problem they have at 11pm. Precision over breadth.

Credentials, scars, proof, wins. What earns you the right to speak on the topic.

Section 03

References & style

Show us the bar. These references go straight to our editors as your style brief.

Paste profile links (LinkedIn, YouTube, IG, X). We'll study their cadence, voice, and format.

Voice? Hooks? Editing? Topic mix? Be honest about what you'd steal.

YouTube / IG Reels / TikTok URLs. Our editors match the energy and pacing from these.

Optional

Equally important. Tell us the lines we shouldn't cross.

Section 04

The business behind the brand

We work back from revenue — not vanity metrics.

Offer, price range, sales cycle, typical client. Be honest with numbers.

Leads/month, inbound deals, speaking gigs, authority for an exit, hires. Use real numbers.

Zero is fine. This tells us where to start, not what we expect from you.

Section 05

Logistics & constraints

Last stretch. Helps us plan around your reality.

How often can you actually show up to camera?

Optional

NDAs, regulatory, current-employer constraints. Tell us before we strategise.

Optional

Wins, scars, weird preferences, hard nos. Anything we'd otherwise discover the hard way.
