How approvals & feedback work with us.

This is the single biggest factor that determines whether your content ships consistently or stalls. Read it once, then we can move fast.

What we send you

When a video is finished and ready— edited, captioned, polished, and color-graded — we send you the file for approval. We never send half-finished work for “directional feedback”. By the time it’s in your inbox, it’s publish-ready.

What we need back from you

One line of feedback per video. That’s it.

Either an approval (“ship it”), or one specific note we can act on (“cut the intro”, “swap the music”, “the hook isn’t sharp”).

Bad feedback

“I’m not sure, can we explore a few different directions and see what feels right?”

Good feedback

“Tighten the first 5 seconds and we’re good to publish.”

The reason this matters: every extra round of edits is a week of delay. One-line feedback keeps us shipping at the cadence we promised.

What to expect after each video

Expect a bit of growth after every video— not viral spikes every time, but compounding lift. Each piece adds to the body of work that earns you trust, audience, and inbound. The creators we’ve scaled fastest are the ones who treated this as a 12-month build, not a 3-week test.

TL;DR

  • We only send finished, ready-to-publish work.
  • One line of feedback per video. Approve or one specific note.
  • Expect compounding growth across the body of work, not per-video virality.
